We try to keep our bodies fit and healthy in many different ways. Once a week we have a fruit tuckshop. May our school cook helps us to organise it. On a Tuesday morning she prepares trays of the fruit that we ask for at the pupil council each week. We pick 5 portions of fruit to start off with and then we can come back for more if we want to. We can take as much fruit as we like as long as we eat it.
We recently passed the Health Accreditation scheme for Scottish schools at level 3. This award shows everyone how much work the school has put in over the past few years to ensure that we are all as fit, active and healthy as possible.
We take part in lots of sporting activities, drink lots of water in class, know how to keep ourselves safe online and have recently started to brush our teeth after lunch.
